COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor 3IK15GN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the D1380042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS90010SH manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33VM520004 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 2DB4010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Power-Drive such as P30H150 equipment made by Power-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-Drive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 614593 made by Rexnord as well as the popular 7300120HSUSize60 original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D18011VSLC240 by Rexnord and P30H150 spares by Power-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PV23FE005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
